HSEM Skills Panel
Skill Standards answer two critical questions:
- What do workers need to know and be able to do in order to be successful in today’s workplace?
- How do we know when workers are performing well?
The Homeland Security Skill Panel harnesses the expertise of leaders in business, labor, education, and economic development to help identify workforce development strategies and enhance competitiveness in the industry’s workforce.
Partners include Pierce College, which will build on its Homeland Security Center of Excellence to partner with the State’s Emergency Management Division.
